Traditional for 3 weeks. Remontage (pumping juice from the bottom of the tank and letting it flow through the pips and skins which float on the top). 50% new oak. No filtration.

Fairly light colour and very clear.
Nose
Pleasing to the nose, ripe fruit aromas and a slight woody note.

Refined and fresh with a lovely aromatic persistence.
